Dynamic & Bright Health & Wellness Expo at The Smither Company Barefoot Ballroom
Last month, The Health & Wellness Expo was held the Smither Company Barefoot Ballroom. The event was hosted by Kelly Jackson, Michelle Oates, Brad Didier, Melise Rider, Tish Humphrey, and Jeannie White.
The Health and Wellness Expo featured multiple guest speakers ranging from health and wellness professionals to personal trainers sharing their experiences. The seminars were very informationative and lasted about an hour and a half. The event was also streamed live via Zoom and had a moderator answering questions. Several venders set up booths and sold natural, hand-crafted goods and foods. The event also gave away raffle and door prizes to attendees.
It was an exciting and informative event, and we hope to host the expo again next year!
